Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.
When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.
Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in license revocation. See also Terms of Use.
How to request a refund
Open the Support page with subject "Refund Request", your order ID, purchase date, and issue summary.
